Guidance and counseling services in everyday as well as official matters

Weekdays from 9.00 - 15.00

• Customer-oriented individual guidance and counseling.
• Networking, appointments and aiding in filling-up electronic applications.
• Migri residence and work permits, family ties, citizenship applications, etc.
• Electronic services: Internet bank, EnterFinland, OmaAsiointi, NettiRassi, OmaVero, Wilma, Daisy, etc.
• Local registry office, Police, KELA, Employment office, Tax office, RASHKY social, health and family services, etc.
• Schools, afterschool club, daycare, vocational institutions, job and training applications, resumes, etc.
• Low-threshold discussion help in easy Finnish or own mother language.
• Other practical matters.

Art-Handicraft Club

• Mondays from 14.00 - 15.30
• Creative handicraft expression and functional Finnish language learning.

Digital Club

• Tuesdays from 14.00 - 15.30
• Computer programs, internet and electronic services guidance.

International Evening

• Every other Wednesday from 17.00 - 19.00
• Cultural, game and thematic evenings in a relaxed family atmosphere. In collaboration with the Finnish Red Cross.

Women’s Club

• Thursdays from 15.00 - 17.00
• Functional Finnish language learning through different activities in a relaxed low-threshold atmosphere.

Finnish Language Course

• Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10.00 - 11.30 as well as Tuesdays from 17.30 - 19.30
• In collaboration with Raahe-opisto.

COVID restrictions

• Currently, the Finnish course is organized through online distance learning.
• Club activities on break, small groups will be arranged (less than 10 persons). Follow our Facebook page for more info.
• Guidance and counseling available also on the spot, 1 customer at a time, please book your appointment.
• Private digital services guidance on Tuesdays from 14.00-15.30 or book an appointment.

We offer grassroots level guidance and counseling services.
We arrange customer-oriented courses, clubs and info sessions.
We collaborate with public, private as well as community sectors.
